We want YOU to be a Team Parent!

In the past, the role of Team Parent has been available as a volunteer role at registration, but that role has never been very clearly defined. This season we would like to develop that volunteer role so that our players receive as much support as possible. 

Our coaches, in addition to leading practices, managing equipment, and teaching our kids, have often taken on the role of social coordinator and the main contact for any and all questions parents may have. 

This year, each team will have a Team Parent (or grandparent!) who will take on some of those coordinating duties and give the coaches the ability to focus more on the baseball side of things. 

Basically, Team Parents make sure our kids have what they need to be the best they can be, and act as a touch-point for other parents on non-coaching matters.

Duties include organizing concessions staffing for their team’s assigned days, helping get the water cooler in the dugout before games, arranging uniform pickup at the beginning of the season, organizing snack sign up and any events/celebrations for the team. It's not a huge responsibility but one that will be a huge help to our coaches.
